The CAC Student Government was established alongside the College of Arts and Communication in 1996, embodying the university's motto "Omnia Veritas Vincit" (Truth Conquers All). Since its inception, our student government has been at the forefront of advocating for student rights, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a vibrant campus community.
Over the years, we have evolved from a simple student council to a comprehensive three-branch government system, mirroring democratic principles and ensuring effective representation of all students in the college. Our commitment to transparency led to the establishment of this Official Gazette, making all government documents and proceedings accessible to the student body.
