We are excited to announce the official launch of the Student Mental Health Support Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to support the mental health and well-being of all CAC students.
Whatβs Available
Professional Counseling Services
- Individual Sessions: One-on-one counseling with licensed mental health professionals
- Group Therapy: Small group sessions focusing on specific concerns
- Crisis Intervention: 24/7 emergency support and crisis hotline
- Referral Services: Connections to specialized mental health providers when needed
Peer Support Programs
- Support Groups: Student-led groups for various mental health topics
- Peer Mentoring: Trained student mentors for ongoing support
- Buddy System: Pairing students for mutual support and accountability
Wellness Workshops
- Stress Management: Techniques for handling academic and personal stress
- Mindfulness and Meditation: Regular sessions on campus

All services are completely confidential. Information is only shared with your explicit consent or in cases where safety is at risk.
No Cost
All services are provided free of charge to currently enrolled CAC students.

Our staff is trained to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care for all students.

Important Information
Eligibility
All currently enrolled CAC students are eligible for services. No referral is necessary.
Privacy
Your participation in the program is completely private. We do not share information with faculty, administration, or family without your consent.
Academic Support
We can provide academic accommodations support and work with faculty when appropriate and with your permission.
